Meet Dr. Anderson
STEVEN A. ANDERSON, D.M.D.
Dr. Steven Anderson was raised in Campbellsville, Kentucky. He is a Board-certified Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon who received his undergraduate degree in Biology from Georgetown College in Georgetown, Kentucky, and Doctorate in Dental Surgery degree from University of Kentucky College of Dentistry in 1992. He completed his surgical residency training at the University of Illinois at Chicago Hospital and Clinics. He has been in practice serving patients in the Southeastern and Southcentral Kentucky regions since 1996. Dr. Anderson is a diplomate of the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery and National Dental Board of Anesthesiology and belongs to a number of organizations: American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, American College of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, Southeast and Kentucky Societies of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, American Dental Society of Anesthesiology, American Academy of Implant Dentistry, Christian Medical and Dental Society, Southeastern Dental Society and the American Dental Association. He is a past president of the Southeastern Dental Society and Kentucky Society of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery.
Dr. Anderson has devoted his professional career to all aspects of oral and maxillofacial surgery with special interests in corrective jaw surgery and dental implant surgery. To keep abreast of the latest developments in oral and maxillofacial surgery, he has always exceeded the continuing education requirements of Kentucky.
Dr. Anderson enjoys spending time with his family. He also enjoys being with friends, sporting events and fly fishing.
